Welcome to Dr Ruddell & Partners, Lisburn Health Centre
With this website we are aiming to help you find all the information you need at the click of a mouse. You can order repeat prescriptions online, download registration forms, change the contact details we hold for you and much more.
There is a wealth of information about medical conditions and diseases in our patient information leaflets as well as all the latest practice news and developments.
We are always looking to improve our services so leave some feedback on our contact page.
To help reduce the potential spread of infection, we are advising ALL patients to phone before coming to the surgery.
When you ring us, our staff will ask you some questions to determine your condition. Some of the questions may include if you have a temperature or a cough. These questions help us to determine the best action to take but also helps protect our staff and other vulnerable patients.
If appropriate, you may receive a call back from a GP or be given other relevant advice.
If you need a repeat prescription, please use our 24 hour repeat prescribing line (028 9260 4341). During the current Coronavirus pandemic, all prescriptions should go to a nominated chemist. Please nominate your preferred chemist along with your name, date of birth, telephone number and medication you wish to order.
If you already have an appointment and developed a new temperature or cough/shortness of breath, please phone the surgery to discuss rather than attending your appointment.
